Our Rotary Club
Lviv International Rotary Club was founded in 2016 by a group of foreign expats who had been living and working in Ukraine for many years. Their vision was to create a unique platform that would bring together the international community in Lviv and local Ukrainian business leaders into a vibrant social club which would be able to make a meaningful impact on society.
Today, our club proudly represents at least 16 nationalities and actively collaborates with Rotary clubs and districts around the world. United by the Rotary Motto of ‘Service Above Self’, these international connections have proved vital in enabling us to undertake many projects to support charitable initiatives, promote community development, and contribute to the development and well-being of Ukraine.
Following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, as a club we stepped up our efforts to support Ukraine. We are truly grateful to all our friends who have supported us and our initiatives during this time! You can learn more about our activities by checking out ‘Our Projects’ page.
We meet as club normally three times per month at one of Lviv’s excellent hotels, Leopolis. During our meetings we have a meal, discuss project progress, and almost always have at least one guest speakers. Our speakers are often individuals who have made a notable social or business contribution in Ukraine, or an international guest visiting Lviv. All sessions are conducted in English.

Our Meetings

When: Club meets every Thursday at 6.50-8.30 pm. Meetings conducted in English.
